Angela wears many hats at J3 Health & Wellness Supplies — and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Since opening in October 2024, Angela has immersed herself in every aspect of the business, developing a deep passion for helping clients find solutions that truly change their lives. She has become a dedicated compression fitter, serving individuals across Central and Northern Alberta — bringing personalized, expert fittings directly to clients wherever they are. Her passion for custom compression and continence care, both for individuals and facilities, drives her to continuously learn and grow so she can better serve those who need it most.

Angela is also the creative heartbeat of J3. With over two years of experience in digital marketing and social media strategy, her journey began through volunteering for a not-for-profit organization — where her passion for storytelling and community building quickly turned into a career. At J3, she ensures the warmth and care the team brings in person is felt just as strongly online.
