  • Eligible Items: Most new, unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for errors made by us or the manufacturer.

Return Policy

For health and safety reasons, items that touch the skin or are considered medical, surgical, or rehabilitation equipment cannot be returned unless covered by a manufacturer guarantee. This includes, but is not limited to:

Large Equipment Return Policy

For Lift Chairs, Power Mobility, and Bed purchases (excluding mattresses):

  • Contact Us: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
  • Condition: Products must be in like-new condition with no physical damage.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable; standard fees apply for reselection.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee may apply.
  • Approval: All exchanges are subject to approval.
